Idaho dehydrated potatoes are great to cook with for soups and stews. Package contains 1/4 inch diced potatoes. No need to rehydrate if using in soups. To rehydrate 1 part potatoes to 2 parts water , let sit 10 minutes. Sealed in zippered mylar bag.
