¾ cup gelatin mix
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Whisk gelatin mix into boiling water until mix is dissolved. Add cold water and stir well. Pour into storage bowl or dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate until set. Makes 8 (½-cup) servings.
