Not recommend to bake breads with, due to it’s protien content.
Each bucket contains 14 bags , each bag contains 3 cups each. This enables you to
keep the grain fresh once you open bucket. Heavy duty Mylar bags. Remove oxygen absorber once bag is opened.
Shelf life up to 30 years of stored in a cool dark place below 72 degrees.
